One of my favorite things to do as a kid was lick the bowl. My mom makes this AMAZING cookie bar recipe called congo squares. They are a mixture of chocolate chip cookies and blondies in one recipe.
Let’s just say the batter is the best thing I’ve ever eaten.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup peanut flour
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup*
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips, semi-sweet
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients (minus the chocolate chips) in a medium size tupperware and mix.
- Then, place into fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
